Marijuana bills die in General Assembly
HB 1134, a bill that sought to reclassify and eliminate criminal sanctions for possession of marijuana, and HB 1136, a bill that sought to eliminate prosecution of marijuana possession if “prescribed,” were tabled by committee, successfully killing the bills for this session.
