NFL Quarterback, Michael Vick, Admits Use of Marijuana Affected His Career with the Atlanta Falcons:
In a telling interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes,” quarterback Michael Vick acknowledged that marijuana use did have an effect on his career with the Atlanta Falcons. Vick admitted that “it definitely slowed my developmental process…made me lazy in a sense and I wasn’t really focused and didn’t take things seriously.” Vick’s admission leaves others scratching their heads because although Vick used marijuana while playing with the Falcons, he was never suspended for substance use.
